Specificities of Bio-decoding
If, moreover, other very interesting works propose psychological causes of illnesses, I would like to tell you again the specificities of Bio-decoding.
These are not psychological conflicts but biological conflicts. But what could this possibly mean? Indeed, many researchers today agree that illness has a precise meaning: psychological, symbolic, metaphysical…
Hypotheses always fascinating when they reveal the patient to himself. Until Hippocrates himself who said: “The body makes an illness to heal itself”. But to cure yourself of what?
– Something worse than illness, obviously! Otherwise it would be cruel, illogical perversity.
– Something that we are not aware of of course, otherwise everyone would agree on the origin of diseases!
– Of something for which illness would be like the solution, the emergency exit. This is what Bio-decoding offers: illness is useful, and sometimes vital! This is what I call “the biological meaning” of diseases. What is it about ?…
The biological sense
Are you clearly aware of your breathing? How much air are you using at the moment? The amount of lungs you use with each breath? Do you know what percentage of your breathing capacity you use most of the time? – 80%? – No. – 50%? – Neither. Approximately 9% (1/2 liter out of 6 liters of lung capacity).
And the percentage of your muscular capacity? Are you fully using all your muscles at all times? No, of course. And your cardiac, digestive and intellectual capacities? A small percentage. Always. What about your sperm, gentlemen, and your eggs, ladies? In a lifetime, how many have been useful? Count your children and you will have the answer. So why this more lungs, this extra muscle, this waste of sperm, stomach, heart? You can live a normal life with only one kidney, one lung, and 60% of your coronary arteries blocked! Amazing, isn’t it?
There is indeed a meaning to this extra number of organs, to this apparent uselessness: these are emergency, exceptional situations. You run up the stairs, you are chased by a crazy dog, you miss the bus and you run into the street… On these occasions, you will use 100% of your lungs, your arteries, your muscles… So the body only maintains most of its cells “just in case!” “.
But if the situation becomes even more exceptional, then the reserve of lungs, heart, brain, intestines, etc., will no longer be sufficient. Immediately, the body produces the necessary surplus: facing the sun, it tans; on New Year’s Eve, it will produce more digestive juices; if we go to altitude, the body will produce more red blood cells; and the body, again, will create more bone after a fracture, in anticipation of new attacks on this bone, just as the manual worker has more callus on his hands than an intellectual.
The body therefore has three biological functions:
— the basic functioning: my lungs ventilate a half liter of air approximately 16 times per minute, my heart contracts approximately 80 times per minute, my stomach secretes 1 liter of hydrochloric acid per day, etc.
— modified functioning: the lungs can ventilate 2 liters of air 22 times per minute, my heart contract 180 times per minute, my stomach secrete 1.5 liters of hydrochloric acid per day, etc.
— exceptional operation: unusual situation, emergency, unusual reaction, emergency. My lungs make more lungs (a tumor) so they can catch more air; my heart rate is frantic (tachycardia, fibrillation, extrasystole); my stomach, this time, instead of asking its cells to secrete more hydrochloric acid, will create new cells (a polyp) which will produce more acid; the body creates an impressive number of new red blood cells, this is polycythemia, etc.
The exceptional functioning is either by excess, as we have just described, or by default: fewer red blood cells, less hydrochloric acid, fewer lungs, less stomach, fewer kidneys, fewer bones. .. if it is necessary to adapt, or to survive (ulcers, necrosis…). For example, in Scandinavia, I need to tan less in order to let sunlight enter me (as in the disease vitiligo); it will be the opposite in Africa. In space, my bones decalcify, lose their substance, they are less necessary to me due to weightlessness. In a situation of fear, some people block their lungs, stop breathing, hold their breath.
Consequently we have five biological behaviors depending on necessity, the external event:
+++: I make more alveoli, more stomach…
+: I breathe deeply, the cells in my stomach are working at full speed… usual, basic state: I breathe unconsciously, the lining of my stomach produces little acid…
–: I block my breathing, I block my digestion…
– – –: I destroy the respiratory parenchyma, I create a stomach ulcer…
